Valuing “Diversity” and offer an abundant encouragement to follow your Passion: The Taction way

In a recent development, two members of Taction were covered by a renowned publishing platform in digital space, Rolepost. Rolepost believes that organizations are made of not just the founders but a team of hard working employees and hence it tries to bring out the stories of these inspirational employees, who create the large and small corporations. Their purpose is to create one community, which shares inspirations and gets inspired by others in the professional domain.

Taction offers an abundant encouragement to its members to follow their passion. Members covered were Subrata Kar (Head – Content & Community) & Micky Chopra (Vice President – HCM), both had their interesting inspirational stories of pursuing their passion and infusing them with their professional responsibility to create Value, not only for themselves but for others at stake.

Taction played a vital role of a catalyst, nudging its members not only to pursue their passion, but also encouraging them to follow a wholesome life. Taction believes in creating a culture of diverse vibrancy – a workplace where humans work to achieve organizational goals and also in creating an obstacle free environment of the in-house talent to flourish.

Here are the brief synopses:

Micky’s story starts while working as the resource manager at FCS, he understand how important it was to be able to manage people to improve processes. The journey towards Human Resource was a slow and steady transformation, where with his goal oriented focus, he carved his way to become a talent specialist. His first break in Talent management was with SAVY Infotech as the Country Manager of Talent Acquisition and Client Delivery.

Subrata always had an interest and inclination towards drawing and painting, as his father was in the same field. He decided to pursue his interest further and did his graduation in fine Arts from Delhi College of Arts, Delhi university. He specialized in photography and advertising arts. His first break into the industry was in print at A&M magazine, as a magazine designer in the year 1997. He also worked with Archie for 8 years and later joined 123 greeting as their Creative Head.
